The Marangira Concession is located 130Km south of Tanzania’s Sealous Game Reserve and stretches over roughly 270,000 hectares of pristine wilderness, bordering the Niassa National Reserve to its North, in the proximity of the small town of Marrupa.
Delimited by the Ruambeze river on the East and the Loreco rivers in the West, it offers breath-taking rock formations, surrounded mainly by Miombo woodlands, home to some endemic species like the Niassa Wildebeest, Lichtenstein’s Hartebeest, Boehm’s Zebra, Johnston’s Impala and Roosevelt Sable. Large herds of Buffalo can be seen roaming this pristine habitat, along with Leopard, Lion and other vast quality plains game.
